REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sometimes schedules just don’t line up. When you book a consultation or package with us, we’ll do our best to find a time that works for both of us. But time zones can be tricky! If we can’t find a suitable time that fits your schedule, Joane will happily refund your payment in full.
We also know that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. This way, we can usually find someone else to fill that time slot, which helps us all out. If you do give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll be more than happy to reschedule one appointment for another time.
However, if you don’t show up for your appointment without letting us know, it will be counted as a session.
APPOINTMENTS AND RESCHEDULING REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once an appointment is booked, it is non-refundable and only one appointment may be rebooked or moved. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments as necessary, but please note that no refunds will be given for any appointments once they are scheduled.
Appointments that are missed without prior notification, referred to as "no shows," will be forfeited.
If you are unable to attend the Quick Start consultation, it is essential to inform Joane as soon as possible to arrange a suitable rebooking.
Due to the significantly reduced pricing of either the 6 or 12 week Foundation Packages, rescheduling within the same week may not be possible. If it is not possible to reschedule within the designated week, the appointment will be added at the end of the program. This is applicable to one appointment only.
Please be aware that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time, and appointments are not transferable to another individual. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that such changes will be possible. These terms are subject to periodic updates, and clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
