The Procedure to Secure Your Consultation.

  1. First pay for your consultation or package. Joane only takes a few people at a time and has limited time-slots.
  2. After making your payment, you'll return to this site to fill in a short intake form
  3. Joane will look over your intake form to familiarize herself with your situation.
  4. Joane will be in touch to book your appointment(s).
  5. Appointments are 50 minutes. Please be punctual.
  6. Refund Policy. Should it not be possible to book times to everyone's satisfaction, Joane will refund your payment in full. Please read our full Refunds, and Appointment Rescheduling Policy here.
  7. Returning parents will get preference.
