  2. After making your payment, you'll return to this site to fill in a short intake form
  3. Joane will look over your intake form to familiarize herself with your situation.
  4. Joane will be in touch to book your appointment(s).
  5. Refund Policy. Should it not be possible to book times to everyone's satisfaction, Joane will refund your payment in full. Please read our full Refunds, and Appointment Rescheduling Policy here.
  6. Returning parents will get preference.
