Levels of support

Level 1

A 6-Month supported training for all 3 Phases. 6-month training incorporates all levels and resources. Sessions include 3 Skype X 2 hour appointments enabling full disclosure and ongoing support. Payment Plan Available.

Level 2

Phase 1 & 2: Both Foundation and bridging support incorporating 14 weeks of supported training. Resources are included and if accompanied with a CODE identification, additional support with Joane.

Level 3

Phase 1: Foundation training (8 weeks) is supported with some resources and if accompanied by the appropriate CODE identification, additional personal support is offered by creator Joane Goulding.

Level 4

Phase 2: Offers ‘Bridging’ suggestions (4 weeks) assist in the consolidation of the changes occurring.

The Goulding Method reminds children they are loveable and have the right to be unconditionally loved. The strength of the method is its simplicity; allowing acceptance of emotional hugs and creating happiness insurance – a gift that keeps on giving for life. It’s a gentle method establishing emotional intelligence and a sense of independence, attachment and acceptance.

One-on-one help Free Short Chat

Chat to Joane regarding support sessions. Dates and fees are negotiable and the supportive conversations are conducted via: WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom. Packages are available for:

1. Parents and Families – Mentoring and support sessions for parents and/or families who have previously bought resources or completed the Goulding Method.

2. Accredited Consultants – Bi-monthly mentoring sessions are recommended, however the frequency and fee is negotiable.

3. Licenced Endorsed Trainers – Quarterly mentoring sessions are recommended, however the frequency and fee is negotiable.

Goulding Sleeptalk Method accredited graduates have been assessed as competent professionals. Their qualifications are recognised and deemed accredited by numerous worldwide organisations including: International Hypnosis Federation (IHF), International Goulding Method Association (IGMA), Australian Hypnotherapy Association (AHA), Hypnobirthing Association and Guild of Australian Hypnotherapists (GoAH).
